Wood Lake Community Center Rental Policy

To provide fair access and maintain an organized rental schedule, the Community Center may be reserved up to one (1) calendar year in advance of your event date. Reservations will not be accepted more than one year prior to the requested rental date.

Please note that rental rates are subject to change. While you may reserve the facility up to one year in advance, the City cannot guarantee that the rental rates in effect at the time of booking will remain the same on the date of your event. Any rate adjustments approved by the City may apply to future reservations.

JAN. 1, 2027, THE SMALL ROOM RENTAL RATE WILL BE INCREASING TO $75.00/DAY.

To secure a reservation, renters must submit a completed rental agreement, signed waiver, and required down payment no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Reservations that do not meet these requirements by the 30-day deadline may be canceled, and the date may be made available to other renters.

These requirements help ensure that the City can effectively coordinate facility use, staffing, and maintenance while providing fair opportunities for all community members wishing to utilize the facility.

Key Pickup

Arrangements for facility key pickup must be made with the City Clerk no later than the Thursday prior to your event. If the City Office is to be closed, please plan accordingly. Renters may coordinate key pickup by email, telephone, or by visiting the City Office during normal business hours. To ensure a smooth rental process, renters are responsible for making timely arrangements to obtain the facility key. The City cannot guarantee last-minute accommodations or key delivery.
